The foucault is one of those things that can't possibly be understood until
you use it.  Study the literature you've got, read web sites, but most of
all get your eye behind the knife edge and check it out.  You'll find it's
pretty easy to locate the COC & put your slit & eye there.  If you could
only make accurate measurements, then the foucault would be more useful to
the beginner!

im going to make a pitch tool next.
can a foucault be used before the pitch tool is used?
i finished a foucault yesterday.
now im gonna do some reserch on how to use it,i have read a bunch of stuff
on their use but i still cant grasp it yet...
