Your not going to get any seamless aluminum tube in less than 1/2" wall
at that OD. You have to get some sheet aluminum rolled and seam welded.
This would be fine if they can make it round and not egg shaped. We
tried this a few times. Mine turned out badly ! I used .063 sheet
aluminum tube. Any thicker and the tube becomes heavy. I don't recommend
it. Find some other material or different design ( truss design for
instance ).
