ATM Diagonal size- field of view?

If I'm not mistaken, the bigger the diagonal mirror,
and the smaller the focal length of an eyepiece, the
bigger the field of view.

Well, I'm looking for the biggest field of view
possible in two designs: 16" f/4, and 8" f/4, what
diagonal sizes should I use in both cases if I want
the biggest field of view possible?
