ATM ARCHIVES and a README!

The archives for both the ATM and Astrophotography lists have been
updated for March 1999.

I have taken a new job inside the university and no longer have easy
access to the server that hosts the archives (I don't work for that
department any more). The archives are currently not in danger of being
removed, but there may come a day when they will no longer allow me the
space.  If someone is interested in taking them over, please email me at
the address below.
