Thanks to a fellow employee reading this list, I got my hands on a copy of
Advanced Technology Optical Telescopes : March 11-13, 1982, Tucson, Arizona.
SPIE vol 332. The copy was located in a library, (but not our main library)
only about five blocks from my office.
The paper of interest is:
Telescope mirror supports: plate deflections on point supports.
