Does anyone have (access to) the following journal or the article starting on page 212 by Nelson, Lub-something, and Mast. I understand that this is the definitive paper on the placement of support points in a flotation mirror cell mount. This paper paved the way for the use of thin mirrors in serious telescopes. The authors are the designers of the Keck mount. I understand that the segments of the Keck primary mirror have a 20:1 thickness ratio.

According to MELVYL, the UC library online catalog, There are copies at the following University of California libraries:

UCB Astr/Math QB88 .I56 1982 UCB Engin QB88 .I56 1982 UCD Phys Sci TS510.S63 v.332 UCLA SEL/EMS QB 88 I57 1982 UCSB Main Lib QB88 .I56 1982 Sci-Eng UCSD S & E QB88 .I56 1982

I would really like to get a copy of this article. Is there anyone on this list for whom this article would be easy to get? I bet there are a few copies in Tucson/Kitt Peak libraries also. Otherwise I will have to drive to Davis or Berkeley and try to charm my way into the library. Or wait months for an interlibrary loan.
