I bought it and I like it. I picked up the software for a PC too. It
*is* a little mysterious. The simpler things are OK: it's pretty easy
to generate a "perfect" diffraction pattern for your size of diagonal
mirror then play with the pattern by adding more or less under or over
correction and different amounts of defocus. I think I might actually
recognize the pattern if I saw it in my eyepiece.
Now actually seeing this pure of a pattern in a telescope is a little
harder due to mundane things like air and clouds...
