Way to go Alan! I knew we had some smarts in this group. I'll appologize for calling you a "stress weenie". Hopefully we can convert your formulas to a spread sheed for Excel. Now we can get some _reasonable_ data. Oh for a chance to emperically validate the results.

I wonder if a materials handbook would have the modulus for the type of tubing. I have a young friend, still working, I'll have to contact to see if he can get some properties.
