When your arms feel like they are falling off, you know that you've made some progress <%=) Actually, if by pressing you got a bunch of squares to close, you obviously don't have it too hard, so this should be polishing effectively for you. Kepp your strokes ssllooww ( I still can't keep myself at a slow enough cadence for polishing after I've been grinding. Unless I am constantly watching myself-i.e. can't veg out on TV while I'm polishing). Nice to see others using the soldering iron technique, I think it works good. Keep on your polishing and keep us up to date.
