I can't confirm that.  When focused at the 70.701% zone crossover, the 
Visual
Strehl is about 0.92.  The RMS wavefront error is lambda/21.23 (550 nm)
and P-V is lambda/6.33.  The RMS spot size, depending on what part of ZEMAX
you believe is between 11.36 and 11.5 microns diameter.  The full spot 
diameter
is greater than 27.83 microns.
