Maybe a little more.  I'm just more guessing at that for a level.
Definitely there is a lot of work that needs to be done on that
mirror to make it acceptable.
What it looked like to me is that there ws just a hole dug in the
middle and that was  all the maker wanted to have to call it
"parabolized.  The outer half, where the most of the image is
formed is where the astig. is and I'd suspect that the mirror
will do as well as any commercial mirror would except for the bit
of odd focusing due to the astig.
