A perfectly aligned equatorial mount can have a constant speed motor on the 
hour axis.
I suppose you have an AltAz mount with you 20" scope?
Then no axis will have constant speed, and you need to control it depending 
on the orientation of your scope axis (horizontal and elevation) with 
respect to the celestial coordinate system. See Toshimi Taki website for
