I am trying to work out the geometry of that truss. 
It looks like the tubes connect the upper ring at 12,
4, and 8 o'clock.  It looks like you have four members
meeting the top of the mirror box at the corners, and
two converging on the midpoint of the lower edge. I
can't really tell, but if everything is centered up
like it appears to be this wouldn't put the anchor
points 120 degrees apart.  Are your poles all equal
lengths?
