Re: [ATM] Light source frequency
I found a mercury vapor lamp with green acrylic filter to work well. 546.1
nm e light if I remember correctly. For sure bright enough.

Subject: [ATM] Light source frequency
Mike, made a good point, "black light's" produce frequencies on the lower
end. I bought some cheap, small Ultravio..flouresent tubes from surplus
shed (no connection). These were like the current "loop" type tubes, (about
6" on the loop) These bulbs were not like the conventional "black light
bulbs", they have a bright blue light... The ultravio.. effect is the same,
but with a little more light..These sound like ideal light source's for this
process.. I had to use an old under the counter flouresent light fixture to
make the light work.. The photon's were spectacular to view...Russ
PS... Just an old hippie looking at "Day-glo" posters.....
