I have the same problem with the leather bellows in my Black Forest Clock.
There are two sets of bellows for the kookoo alarms. Each is made of
convoluted leather similar to the old photographic bellows found on older
large format film cameras.

The Bellows that cover the ball screws on my CNC mill look very similar to
the bellows found on old large format film cameras.Could be a source for
replacement camera bellows.
