[ATM] patterns for antique camera focusers

In rummaging through a lot of years of toy building, I
found to my horror a reminder that there is one thing I
have still not gotten round to building - after about
20 years! Well, now is the time. My designs have moved
to prime focusing, and my 6x6 film camera mounted just
behind a projection lens at prime focus looked a lot
like that antique panorama camera I never got round to
building, which looks like this....

Does anyone know how to make the patterns for the folding
(accordian-like) cover? I am curious what material they
are made of. While paper-like, the cover on my ancient
folding camera (Zeiss, 1920's ?) still works fine. And
yes, I want this particular style mainly because it looks
cool!
