Here is the best Foucault of the same mirror that I
can get.  This mirror is relative smooth compared to
some rough surfaces I have seen and measured. 
Foucault shows just a hint of the bumpy ring that is
just inside the edge.

I would be interested in measuring a mirror that also
shows a rough surface in Foucault.  If anyone would
like to loan me a 4 to 8 inch F4 to f8 that has a
rough surface.  I will be happy to measure it.  It
does not have to be a parabloid. It does not need to
be coated.

I will pay shipping back to you if you can pay
shipping to me.  I live in Minnesota.  Most mirrors of
that size cost less the $10 to ship.
