[ATM] 125 mm f/12 Apochromatic Triplet

Now, that's maybe a bit of a stretch -- the middle element is itself a
cemented/oiled triplet.  It isn't fast (look at surface 5); on the other
hand, the Visual Strehl is good -- 0.986 at the field edge (2" eyepiece
size, +/- 0.8 degrees).  The field is somewhat flat, too -- just under
two meter RoC.  No fluorcrowns, but KzFSN4 has its own problems, too.
