Hi Gil,
Don Clements designed a circuit to control a dew
heater for secondaries and finders and such. I can't
see any reason why it would not work for controlling a
fan. Power consumption or current might be an issue,
but I couldn't address that. Perhaps someone else
could?

I've printed up and etched a 6-pack of those boards
and have wired my first one up. So far so good.
