[ATM] Electronics help needed - temperature control

I am working on a way to control mirror temperature
and want to have a cooling fan (12V) that turns on
when temp is above a certain level (that I can set). 
My son was working on this for me - but he had to go
back to college!  (Kids now days.)  Does anyone have
any suggestions?
