Two things are going on that I am aware of:
First: Ken Slater has been working very hard on updating the pages and 
it may be that this is the roll out. Second: Al Rifkin, who has been 
hosting the pages recently announced that he was going to have to move 
his servers.
In either case I would expect them to be back up soon.
