There is really no need to convert readings - the easiest is to enter 
readings into SIXTESTS, using the caustic test choice (*not* wire!), keeping 
the source distance and X bias (mirror to wire distance) fixed, and input 
zone radius (measured with pinstick or on photo image), X=0, and the lateral 
reading Y from midway (half the distance between readings for the two sides 
of the same zone - as you normally have the wire inside the COC, this is 
positive, not negative as in Gaviola caustic).

If you do want to convert to foucault reading for some other program like 
FigureXP, you can obtain it as the distance X from the wire position as 
X=DY/y where again D is the (fixed) distance mirror-wire (X bias above), Y 
is the wire deviation (positive) from the center zone reading and y is the 
zonal radius on the mirror. D+X is the calculated "Foucault" reading. You 
will normally read zones both sides of the center and take an average.
