I am a little confused. Is the mirror blank sent ot Saqib pregenerated? If not shoud he not be hogging away with barbells,pipe end  etc etc. Or get himself a same size 12 mm glass tool which should be available there.
Why plaster tool at this stage?
However, if it is a pregenerated blank then dental stone should be the most easily available substance, At least here in India it is available with any dental equipment supplier and not very expensive.
