I use white cement for my tools cause it's available in every hardware
store and really cheap. But it takes a long time to cure. Has to be left
overnight before start using the tools, just to make sure it's really
hardened.

As for the remark that we should find out what is available in Pakistan
in order to advise Pakistanis: true enough, but we know there are
dentists in Pakistan.  At least some of them are doing reasonably modern
dentistry.  Dental stone (aka lab stone) is a basic material for
preparing dentures, etc. so the likelihood it is available there is
reasonably good.  Also, the likelihood that some businesses in Pakistan
are casting shapes out of gypsum cement similar to US Gypsum HydroStone
brand is reasonably good.  It's not a high tech material, it is fairly
cheap and easy to use.
