Hello,

I can see why TDE is the bane of ATM's, lots of remediation work! Here
is my work to date.

Started with this:
http://www.atmlist.net/contrib/tpolk-at-decatur-al-dot-gov/Tom%20Polk/04
-04-06/Outside%20Focus%201.jpg

Sessions:
15 min TOT
15 min MOM
15 min TOT
*Cold Press* 4 hours, just weight of tool (~10 lbs)
15 min TOT
15 min MOT
15 Min TOT
*Cold Press* 30 minutes, 15 lbs.
10 min TOT
10 min MOT
*Cold Press* 30 minutes, 5 lbs.
10 min TOT
10 min MOT
10 min TOT

All with room temp of 70^F, ~40-45% humidity, #64 Gugolz lap with about
5-6 hours of wear.

>>Total 140 minutes polish time<<

Stroke:
Working TOT: With my body perpendicular to the amplitude motion of the
stroke, I alternated pushing with the heel of my hands on each 1/3
amplitude stroke. Side to Side motion was about 1/4.

Working mirror-on-top: 1/3 amplitude, 1/4 W.

Thanks for all the help. Looks like I'm headed in the right direction.

This has given me a new respect for the Ronchi test, which I placed
behind the Foucault test. Still trying to fully visualize the glass
surface in my head when looking at the Ronchi. I wish I had the
mathematical skills to pursue it further (or to know it's not possible),
but it seems something along the lines of David Rowes' Fringe XP could
be developed for the Ronchi. Instead of points, lines widths would
critical valves as they changed from outside to inside ROC.
