Yes, as pointed out by Mark the page is created with MS word. I find it very easy to use, easy to edit and one does not really have to know HTML.Well I really am not in a position to say this but  standard and non standard is subjective at best . Most easily accessible to me is the standard ( Flame suit on)

Yes Gary . It was not meant to be really easily transportable from site to site. When I made it ,my job with the Indian Airforce required me to move from base to base say every two years or so. Every place was fairly dark so what I needed was a mount which could be broken down and carted with  ease and reassembled with minimum effort but plenty of time..

Hermit , as Mark has pointed out may be the quirks of MS word prevented you from seeing the small pics. I could not find out how to create thumbnails so I just resampled the pics to small size ,inserted in Word and put a link to the big pic which you saw.

Thanks Jeff and Rod. Yes It has taken long time. I started off with a wooden tringular base which has evolved over the years to what I put up .It is giving me excellent results visually but when I put a video camera on, the image drifts. So now I am trying to devise a circuit to control the motor speed.
