[ATM] Newtonian Alt-Az with Level Focuser Position

I am looking for more information on a scope design that has the the focuser on the declination axis.  I am thinking about a short, counter-weighted Newtonian alt-az with the, Nasmyth-style.  Is there a name for this design?  Any articles/photos, etc., people could point me to?
