[ATM] wedge in lenses



After the recent discussion on wedge in lenses, and the lack of quantitative 
instructions on tolerances, I looked through many books and also found almost 
nothing.  The exception is a very dense text that I cannot comprehend, but it is 
apparently a mathematical analysis of subjects including wedge in lenses.  It is 
not only complex, but translated from Russian.
Anthony wanted a copy, so I decided to post it for others as well; however it 
can only stay up a couple of weeks.
The text is from the chapter:
L.S. Tsesnek.  Some calculations on the means of location of plane & spherical 
surfaces.

There are some tiny fonts in this, so the files are bigger than they could be, 
it totals about 1.5 megs.
