[ATM] secondary server crash

Spam has gotten to the point of interfering with lots of legit email.  
Our primary server is currently in Japan.  Some ISP's block ALL of 
Asia.  What gets blocked is redirected to a secondary server in the USA 
for attempted delivery.  That server had hardware problems and went 
down hard today.  It is now back on line and catching up.  If you 
notice some delayed mail, you are probably getting it through the 
secondary server.
