Wow!

My comment at this stage is to remind people that cells can be designed that 
require no movement at all, and that only pressure need be applied at the 
'floatation' points.  Now, the pressure mechanism is typically mechanical in 
nature, and empirical tests on my part over the years suggest ability to 
control pressure to 1 ounce is necessary.
