I would just be leery of a big mirror held in place by that grey stuff.

I can tell you this, though- it makes wonderfully quick and easy lap molds
and they will not stick to pitch (do not need to be coated). Just draw
outline of lap on butcher paper (for large ones) including lines for
channels, whatever shape turns you on (little hexes, little squares,
whatever) and squeeze bead of G.E. Silicone stuff onto the lines. DO NOT USE
TINTED CAULK; IT WILL STICK TO PITCH. Untinted grey caulk (GE "RTV") will
not stick to pitch.
