[ATM] Cheap glass blanks

To the list,    "Chuck" mentioned 6" Pyrex blanks from SurplusShed for  
$11.00.  I have scanned
this site on a regular basis and if you can buy a  6" Pyrex blank for eleven 
bucks I would suggest
to buy all that they have and sell them for twice the price. These blanks 
must be thin or have
a tremendous curve on them for that price. As David Davis mentioned, cheap 
glass is always
welcome. .... I know, I am cutting 1-5/8" disks out of scrap Pyrex cut-offs 
and some are only
7 inch ( that disk takes 30 minutes to cut round, let alone the prep time 
and corner cutting)
  It costs me at least $25.00 labor let alone the glass cost (which was rock 
bottom except for
the 50 mile transfer of over 2500lbs of scrap Pyrex)    Most all of this is 
gone now, (you know
who you are) but I am still cutting square chunks into round blanks with my 
"machine"
     I won't even set up my machine to cut for $11.00, I would rather send 
you a chunk and
let you "knaw" the edges round for that price... Russ Jocoy   (shipping

per pound nowdays with Fedex)   I do have glass.......
