[ATM] Intentional astigmatism

The idea of putting a correcting lens at the output end of an eyepiece
was also discussed in an S&T article a few years back. The back issue
search engine on the S&T web site might turn it up. Some completed
examples were shown.

There was also a note in one of the more recent issues, in the Q&A
section near the back of the magazine, about when you need astigmatic
correction and when you don't. It is a function of exit pupil and your
degree of astigmatism. There is a formula given which, as I recall, is
attributed to Richard Buchroeder, a fairly authoritative source.
