Describe "BEST" in your words.  Then we can help you with the answer.

For some, "BEST" results in an oversized lap (that's me), for others, a full 
sized or nearly full sized lap.  For those who've used sub-dia laps and like 
their advantages, BEST means a lap size as small as 50% the mirror.
