[ATM] trepanning on a 45 degree angle

I've made a form and poured plaster in it and tilt it to a 45 degree angle 
and let the plaster set. Then place the blank on the hardened plaster and 
pour some more plaster to partially cover the blank. Let that set until 
hard. Now stand the form upright and pour more plaster to cover the blank. 
Once it hardens, you can trepan through the plaster and into the blank. 
Soak in water to soften the plaster to remove it from the glass.
