Hello all,

Thanks everybody for comments concerning the PVC cell... I'm glad to 
hear that it will work. I was afraid that after doing it, I would find 
some well-known reason that it wouldn't work... with the exception of 
the silicon conundrum, I think I'll be ok.

So far, I kind of like the idea of using the silicone-based caulking. 
If it's held up in the "bathroom scopes" (which sound interesting in 
themselves,) then hopefully I'll have luck with that as well. The PVC 
won't be the only surface that the silicone will have to bond to, as 
I'll be placing the three dots (as suggested,) directly above the 
screw-heads... it will be bonding to those as well. The holes that were 
already in the toilet part are pre-sunk, the screw-heads are flush.
