Seriously, think about the magnitudes of movement
here.
Once you have the mirror "bedded down" onto the cell,
the maximum deviation due to gravity, thermal or other
stresses is going to be in the micron range if that.
It's likely that the manufacturing tolerances of these
swivels is going to be in the 100's of microns range
(at best). They are made to level HEAVY equipment on
poorly made floors... no need to be very precise.
Any probable help the swivels might give is going to
be swallowed up by taking up the slack. You might
think you have a good system but I believe at best
it'll be marginal (but maybe good enough that you
won't notice?) If it makes you happy, go for it>
