[ATM] Diffract and webcam Hartmann.

I have upgraded these two programs - I finally found out why they require 
qtintf.dll (descent into DLL hell <g>) and removed the simple little dialog 
that was demanding it.  Tighter programming results:  the executables are 
smaller and Diffract, using a new version of the FFT, will be a little 
faster.  Downloads:
