I generally go after the worst ones first.  A TDE is usually about the worst
so that gets taken care of first.  The half side stroke usually does an
excellent job of getting rid of that little problem as it lengthens the ROC
all the way in without hitting the edge itself.  This often takes care of
hills in the center although it generally won't help with holes.
Hills are generally easy as they are simply the matter of making sure that
the lap is in good contact and is spherical and some large overhanging
strokes will kill off any central hill quickly.  The hole is harder as you
need to work the part just outside of the central area to shorten that ROC
and do so without creating the TDE result from leaving the edge long in ROC.
