When I bevel with my Dremel, it is on a turn table with water flowing over the
edge. People have chastised me in the past for recommending this because of
the shock hazard. But, I work with things that could kill me all day if I was
stupid enough to let that happen. Your basic hammer and screwdriver can kill.
Obvious precautions. Just enough water to wet the edge and not the
electrically powered Dremel. If you don't KNOW how to do this safely. DON'T.
