ATM plaster tool ceramic tiles

Hi All,

I'm working on a 10 inch mirror with a plaster tool. Of course, I bevelled the
edges of tool and mirror. Right now I use grit size 320. Is it possible that
the edges of the ceramic tools *in the middle* of the tool break an cause
small pits in the surface ? I discovered a few pits, I haven't seen before,
though looking through a magnifier. They don't seem to be deep, but their size
seems to be larger than grit size. Should I also bevel the inner edges of the
ceramic tiles ?
