I use the non-A back and disable the locking mechanism by removing the front
face plate and then removing a little "thingie" or "do-hicky". Sorry for the
highly technical terms, but I can't exactly remember what the thing-a-ma-bob
looks like, exactly (it's been about three years). But if you open the face
plate (be careful, there are other thingies that can fall out) it should be
quite obvious what need to be removed after an hour or so of study.
