ATM whats happining to my edge--heeeelp

thought i had a rolled edge .
On mells ronchi- inside of focus
lines bow out but on a 7line pict only
2 show good form,
all others fade and look like im seeing double
outside of focus,
anywhere in the scale, all picts show good in center,
outside edges hook ,
real sharp,about an 1/2 at top-1inch on sides.
all in a,,D,,shape,
i stuck a straight edge on the edge of the mirror,
with a light behind it and there is a light crack going
all the way to the edge,
so how in the blazes can i have a turned edge,
this things going to end up as an ashtray pritty soon,
im using a 8inch and 6inch tool,
what now,
on all my tex tests i had a hard time getting my no 4 zone to light up
evenly,
and my numbers were real high compared to all others,
so i repolished,
and here i sit,
cool-doun and ill try a tex,
