As you start learning what is going on with some of the things in a
telescope's image, you start seeing things like coma, etc.  I consider that
my own 8"F8 collimated when I see the coma all pointing towards the center
of the EP.  The effect isn't very strong but when you really look close at
it, you can see the effect.
The problem that happens tho is that you start becoming distracted by the
deficiencies of the scope rather than enjoying the views of that scope.
