Yes, I understand, and I was waiting for a comment like this from you.  The value of a decent 30" cellular mirror blank cannot be disputed, I think, so how can the cost be reduced to the point where I would buy one?  I would be willing to pay in the neighborhood of 3K USD for a 4" thick 30" blank with 0.75" thick pre-generated front plate and no perceptible print through.  What does it take?  Can it be done and still make a profit?
