No good way to cool the chip in a webcam... it's wrapped in electronics.
Basically, these little guys are for 1 second or less, and exposing even this
long requires downloading a VB app, dark&flat frames, etc.

Longer than that, and you Must cool it.

There's been some (stacked) deep sky work done with .01Lux B/W security cameras,
but they're a few hundred $.
