[ATM] GP / CG-5 Digital Setting Circle Mounting Web Page

I put together a web page with info on the encoder mounting brackets on my   
GP-DX mount.  This may help others who would like to home brew encoder  
mounting brackets for their GP or CG5 mounts.  
After buying mine from JMI here in Denver I could see that I could have made 
them my self and saved a bundle.  It shouldn't be that hard.
