First - Cut out the foul language.
Second - Slow down sounds like you are Figuring and testing too much
Third - To get help you need to examine what you have with zonal
measurements

Remember once you figure it may take hours for the mirror to cool
before you can make any valid measurements.

Mirror making can not be rushed.
