Make one.
click Start/Programs/MS-DOS Prompt
format a:
sys a:

or in Win95, in Explorer, right click a:. select Format. Click full format then
Start.  When done click 'Copy systems files Only' then Start.

In the past I recall doing format a: \sys but its doesn't seem to work
now.  It las been 5 years since I used Microsoft tho.....

Then copy, at least format, fdisk, and copy to the floppy for use on
the laptop.
