New list prices:

        Reducer ~$US 400
        Camera angle adjuster ~$US 200

Contact Herb York <ztrmann@fidalgo.net> for current prices. He's
been giving very good deals lately and my price list is over a
year old.

You might want to call Texas Nautical (713)529-3551 and talk to
Darren about connecting your Pentax 6x7 to the FS102. Although
the 2" adapter would work, I would be worried less about cutting
off the couple of mm of image circle than not having a thread-to-
thread connection. By having everything firmly screwed together
helps to eliminate one of the many things that can go wrong.

I haven't tried prime focus work with any of the refractors so
I don't know how good the image is. The funny thing is that I
don't know of _anyone_ who is doing prime focus emulsion work.
They either use the focal reducer for wide field work or a barlow
for planetary.

If you can afford it I would purchase a new reducer unless you
can test it before purchase. Defects, while rare, have happened.
At least with the new one you can have it replaced. The camera
angle adjuster I wouldn't have any problem purchasing used. That
is one rugged beast.
